NanoAl Aluminum Alloys

Pioneering next-generation aluminum alloys for Additive Manufacturing and traditional Wrought/Cast products.

innovating the aluminum industry

NanoAl is revolutionizing the industry by developing aluminum alloys with improved strength and toughness, high-temperature strength and creep resistance, electrical conductivity, and manufacturability. Our novel aluminum alloys have optimized chemistries and thermally-stable nanostructures, achieving unprecedented mechanical properties up to 400ºC. These heat-treatable alloys can be used for casting, in wire and sheet form, and as powders for additive manufacturing.

3D printing is revolutionizing modern manufacturing. NanoAl is proud to introduce Addalloy® - the first high-performance aluminum alloy designed specifically for additive manufacturing, with an unrivaled combination of strength and ductility.

Thanks to technology developed by NanoAl, aluminum sheet metal is getting a big boost in strength, enabling serious weight reduction - which means big savings in raw material costs, energy consumption, and carbon emissions.

Improving the reliability of electronic devices. Increasing the efficiency of the electric grid. Reducing the weight of cars and airplanes. Creep-resistant, highly conductive wire developed by NanoAl is changing the way we conduct electricity.

Castable, heat-treatable alloys developed by NanoAl have operating temperatures up to 400°C for the lifetime of the alloy - outperforming all existing commercial cast aluminum alloys - enabling application in engine components, brake rotors, and aerospace parts.
